Brand FAQ
Common questions from brands about Amazon.ca listings, wholesale terms, and how we review authorization.
Amazon.ca listings
Who sells my products on Amazon.ca?
+
Northora does, as a brand-authorized Amazon.ca reseller. We buy your inventory and sell it to Canadian customers under our own seller account. Northora is not an Amazon partner and is not authorized by Amazon; our authorization comes from the brands we work with.
Who manages the product listings?
+
We manage product listings and coordinate fulfillment through Amazon.ca, so you can reach Canadian customers without running an additional retail relationship yourself. We work from your approved product information and imagery.
How are orders fulfilled?
+
We coordinate fulfillment through Amazon's FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program, so customer orders are picked, shipped, and handled through Amazon's network.
Wholesale terms
Do you buy inventory or sell on consignment?
+
We purchase inventory directly from brands and authorized distributors at agreed wholesale prices. You're paid for the stock we buy, rather than waiting on sell-through.
What terms do you need?
+
Order quantities, pricing, payment, and shipping terms are agreed with each brand individually. Send us your product details and we'll discuss terms that work for both sides.
How do you choose which products to carry?
+
Product selection is research-driven: we look at Canadian demand, competition, pricing, and Amazon.ca fees and eligibility before proposing an order.
Authorization process
How do we start?
+
Submit the Partner With Northora form with your brand and contact details. Attaching a catalog (PDF, XLSX, XLS, or CSV) is optional. No account or sign-up is needed.
What happens after we submit?
+
Our team reviews your inquiry and gets back to you by email. If we move forward together, you receive a private, passwordless portal link to share any documents we need.
What documents might you ask for?
+
Typically documents that confirm the relationship, such as a letter of authorization or invoices from you or your authorized distributor, which can also support Amazon.ca selling eligibility for your brand.
Do you need our passwords or payment details?
+
No. Northora never asks brands for passwords or credit card details, and our forms collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry.
